    •    All bookings must be made through our official channels: website inquiry, email, or authorized travel agents.
    •    Reservations are confirmed only after deposit payment or written confirmation from Wenzi Travel Ltd.
    •    All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payments
    •    Deposits and full payments must be made as outlined in your booking confirmation.
    •    Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods authorized by Wenzi Travel Ltd.
    •    Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen costs.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    •    Client Cancellations: Refunds depend on the notice period. Refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
    •    Company Cancellations: Wenzi Travel Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling options.
    •    Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients.

4. Travel Documentation
    •    Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations required for travel to East Africa.
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Health and Safety
    •    Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to travel.
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd ensures that our vehicles, guides, and lodges adhere to local health and safety standards.
    •    Safari and adventure activities carry inherent risks; participation is at the client’s discretion.

6. Luxury Safari Experiences
    •    All safaris and beach experiences are tailor-made and private by design.
    •    Itineraries may be modified due to wildlife movement, weather, or operational reasons.
    •    Guides and staff are trained to provide professional, discreet, and high-quality service throughout your journey.

7. Limitation of Liability
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd acts only as the facilitator of services provided by third-party lodges, transport operators, and activity providers.
    •    We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during travel, except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
    •    Clients are advised to carry comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

8. Intellectual Property
    •    All content on the Wenzi Travel Ltd website and promotional materials, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of Wenzi Travel Ltd.
    •    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
    •    Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your safari experience.
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd complies with data protection laws and ensures that client data is stored securely.

10. Governing Law
    •    These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
    •    Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.

11. Force Majeure
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.

12. Amendments
    •    Wenzi Travel Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
